Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7-14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all tags intact
• In its original packaging

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number
2. Share the reason for return along with photos if applicable
3. Our team will confirm your return request within 24 hours
4. Ship the item back to us or arrange a pickup
5. Once received and inspected your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at checkout. For COD orders refunds will be processed via JazzCash or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Stitched or customised orders
• Items that have been used or washed
• Sale or discounted items
• Items without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours at no extra cost to you.
