Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash and bank transfer. More payment options coming soon!
Q: Is Cash on Delivery available? A: Yes! COD is available nationwide across Pakistan. Simply place your order and pay when it arrives at your door.
Q: Can I place an order via WhatsApp? A: Absolutely! You can reach us on WhatsApp and we'll be happy to assist you with your order personally.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take? A: We deliver within 3-5 business days nationwide. Lahore and Karachi orders may arrive sooner.
Q: What are the delivery charges? A: Delivery is FREE on all orders above PKR 5,000. A flat fee of PKR 200 applies to orders below PKR 5,000.
Q: Do you ship across Pakistan? A: Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.
Returns & Exchange
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7-14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
Q: How do I return or exchange a product? A: Simply contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? A: We sincerely apologize if this happens! Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

Q: Are the fabric colors accurate to the photos? A: We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible. However slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Q: Do you offer stitching services? A: Yes! We offer stitching services at an additional charge. Please contact us on WhatsApp for pricing and details.
Q: What sizes are available for stitching? A: We stitch to your custom measurements. Simply share your measurements with us when placing your order.
